Shipping policy Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, DC, and to Canada. Some products can't be shipped to every country; checkout only offers shipping where it's available. Delivery time Orders are packed by hand in California. Please allow 7–10 business days from the day you order for your package to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Carriers and tracking We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping rates US orders under $99 ship for a flat $7.99, charged once per order no matter how many items you buy. US orders of $99 or more ship free. Canada: orders ship via FedEx for a flat $19.99 per order, charged on every Canada order regardless of total. Some products are not available to ship to Canada. The rate is always shown at checkout before you pay. Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, and additional shipping costs may apply. Delays Carrier delays, severe weather and peak holiday periods can occasionally add time to delivery. We'll do our best to keep you informed if there's a delay on our side. Lost or damaged packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email emma@ommremedies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. For damaged items, we'll send a replacement or refund. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. See our Refund policy for details.
